Refund policy

We have a standard 7-day return policy, you can request your return no later than 7 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@midnightwhimzy.com. We'll provide detailed instructions. We will not accept items that are returned without a formal request. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the Items back to us (this includes customs).

Damages 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

non-returnable items
We do not provide returns on custom/personalized items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It can take 7-10 business days for your bank/credit card company to process this.
